You will train in a real world mountain environment with open land, livestock, and advanced social groups. This is practical skill under distraction, not theory in a classroom.

Your Instructors

Heather Beck

Host and creator of the Become Your Dog’s Hero process. Author of Become Your Dog’s Hero.

Heather will focus on advanced leash handling, using her unique training process and the SidekickTransitional Leash. You will work difficult dogs in high distraction scenarios while refining timing, awareness, and leadership.

Jason Vasconi

Large field and off leash socialization specialist.

Jason will guide structured off leash work in expansive mountain fields with dynamic social groups.

Jason Martin

Founder of Home School Camels, Camel Trainer.

Jason will help translate everything you are learning about dogs into camel handling. Camels magnify inconsistency and reward clarity. Handling them sharpens timing, presence, and intention in a way that directly improves your dog work.
